Gary, one more thing on that tip. I've been watching tyers tye probably 75
days a year or more for over 10 yrs. now and i could probably count on both
hands the number of times where a tyer simply would not give away the flies
he tyed on any givin day. Man, you have to give 'em away IMHO. Why are you
even in it, if your not a giver? Helllllllllooooooo. mark

One year at the IFTS a rather insistent man wanted a fly from a tyer.  He was offered the fly at a price but the man indignantly stomped away.  I didn't blame the tyer because he was tying some incredible spey flys that took a bit more time than a Hans CDC&Elk.
