Can someone tell me what the S and M stand for in your reference to S&M bobbins?

Thanks!

Subject: Re: [VFB] along the thread thread.

I have 20 bobbins:
12 - S&M
7 - Ceramic
1- Case

Each is loaded with a different color thread and a different size.  I much prefer the S&M bobbins (they are inexpensive and comfortable to use).

The Case bobbin was purchased merely to try it out, but is to time consuming to change thread and has been relegated to the streamside kit and is loaded with black 6/0 thread.

Ther ceramic bobbins are nice, but I see no articular advange over the S&M bobbins (and they are 3 times as expensive).

Just my $0.02 worth
