JD, i've got that same stand. Bought it about 15 yrs. ago. from Bass Pro. 
Back then all my wife and i did was spin fish, lol. It's gotten a little 
rickety, but still works. mark

Jody bought me a vertical rack that holds 20 rods for $19.95 at Bass Pro 
Shops.  Works great, takes up very little room as the round base is about 
14" in diameter and the top is around 10" diameter.  It stands about 36" 
tall.  Handles 20 rods.
