Don, did you know that the Granger Collection was originally supposed to be 365 flies, one for every day of the year? But they had to stop at 248 or something like that because Mr. Granger ran out of room in his house. LOL. And i heard he built an addition too, and still ran out of room. Holy Moly, mark

To those of you who enjoy salmon flies, here's a few from x-vfb member Marvin Nolte, my friend here in Casper. These photos of his work were sent from a friend, Bas Verschoor, a Dutch Flytier that I met in San Mateo. Bas also conducted the tour for the American flytiers when I was at the 'FlyFair' in Holland a few years ago. (You'll notice on my web-site that my giant flexo bass is named the 'Bas4Sure', in his honor.) Marvin is a world champion salmon fly tier, and is the tier of the Granger Collection, the largest collection of classic salmon flies in the world.
