YOU OPENED THEM ??? YOU OPENED YOUR PACKET OF CHRISTMAS FLIES ??? The flies were your extra christmas present from your friends at VFB Flytyers are worse than children - no restraint <http://graphics.hotmail.com/i.p.emsmile.gif> iain
Just got home and found an envelope from Iain in the mail. Could not wait till Xmas to open it. And what to my wondering eyes should appear but a GREAT selection of brightly coloured flies. My thanks to everyone who participated in this years Christmas swap. I can't wait to try some of the flies on my local waters. A special thanks to Iain for hosting another great swap. Someone contributed a small fly with a red tail, yellow body and a dun hackle. Looks like a pattern that would serve me well for cutthroat fishing. I would like to hear from the tier who tied this pattern so I can learn more about it. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and an even Better New Year.
Merry Christmas
Mel
