Hello, It looks like I will be going to this show. It will be my first time I have been able to make it.
Since I am a newbie at this show, just wondering what should I expect? I have been to big trade shows before like Comdex in Las Vegas, but was wondering what to expect here. Here are a few questions: 1) WHO ON THIS LIST WILL BE GOING? 2) I plan on going on Saturday. I would expect this to be the busiest day. How long will it take to walk the show? 3) Those of you who will have booths, will you be selling things at the show? Will there be a need for cash on hand or will it be demo's primarily? 4) Should I bring a collection of my best flies to have on hand in case I wanted to trade with a tier for a neat pattern that I might find? 5) My brother-in-law is looking for a new floating line. Will companies like Rio, Cortland, Orvis be there? Can you buy lines at the show? (This might be the hook I need to convince him to join me) I hope I am not too na�ve, but with the swaps and stuff - and this list, I am hoping to meet some of you face to face at this show.
