tie a few they are easy.
1.start thread and tie on a foam ball wrapped in nylon stocking with ball forward of eye.
2.carry thread 1/2 way round bend of hookand tie in lurex or floss for body and rib.
3.wind body and rib, tie off and trim, then tie in a length of peacock herl and form thorax.
4.whip finish and varnish.
variations...coloured thread and wire rib for body coated with varnish or epoxy or superglue
dubbed fur thorax, stripped herl body etc

Iain, you can send in as many flies as you want as I never tire of admiring your work. Had my emerger with the parasol polystyrene ball out the other day admiring it and deciding if I should fish it. -Jeff
