I�d like to honcho my first fly swap, and don�t think I�ve ever heard of a shad fly swap. So, I�d like to do one. It�ll take a minimum of 6 tiers to get it going, and to keep it on the small side, I�ll take a maximum of 12 tiers. I need the flies by March 5 so I can get them out before the run starts.
I am also posting this swap to the Warmwater list.

If the swap fills quickly, fine. If it doesn�t, I�ll close it on Jan. 20 and let everyone who�s in know the final number of tiers.
