I've had a Norvise for 2 years, and love it and the service I've gotten from Norm Norlander, the maker of them. I'd recommend that you buy the bobbin set too, it makes the process a lot easier.
I've tied from 1-0 hooks down to size 20 without changing heads, and rigged my own tube fly dealy to tie them too. Norvise offers a tiny head and a tube head, but I've not used them.
