Another way of tying them is using same materials, add olive marabou, except I don't use flash.
Tie in black marabou for the tail, and tie the marabou down to the eye. Go up about 1/4 of the way, and essentially tie in another tail using the olive. Go up to 1/2 way, tie in another tail using black. Go up to 3/4 way, tie in antoehr tail using black. Finish with head. That's how I tie them when using 1/0 hooks. You may play with them using smaller and only use 3 sections. It gives them a very leechy undulating look - play with it in a glass of water, as you don't want the sections so far apart that it looks like multiple leeches. If they are close enough together, it looks like one leech. I've used them for bass - Ridderbos says they're great for gills too.
