Joyce ... try farm supply co-ops - or feed stores/elevators - in dairying country.  If nothing, else, ask a dairy farmer (who just happens to have a trout stream or fish pond behind the buildings??) where you might buy one.  Could lead to interesting conversation - and maybe access too.  Or, ask a vet who has a large-animal practice to point you to a catalog source.
