And one of my best helpers is a 6 inch ruler with centimeters on one side,
inches on the other, (paper from an OR set) glued to the bench. I use it to
measure my first fly and can then make all the others exactly the same. It
sits right next to  my hackle gauge which is also glued to the bench. Joyce
