I am currently researching OPTICAL BRIGHTENERS, particularly those made for the textile industry.
I know that optical brighteners are added to laundry detergents and also pet shampoos, but would like to find an easily available source for small quantities of the optical brightening agent itself. Anyone have any suggestions? Most web references are just for large quantity imports from China, India, etc.
Also I keep running into the term BLUEING AGENT. What is this?
After a couple of hours of poking around on the web and search engines, I have run into a brick wall.
