John,  I personally can not help you out with sharpening your scissors, but I'm sure somebody on the list may be able to.   As far as bass go I only do a little bit of it but am hoping to do a little more this year. As far as flies I use a Jim's Special that works very well for them and have also done well on clouser minnows in chartreuses/white and red/white.   Jim  ----- Original Message ----- From: John D.
