Hello everyone, I'm new to the list, so forgive me if I'm totally wrong about the thread here... but from the sounds of it, you're referencing a cheap alternative to dubbing wax. I've found that if you buy one of the wax rings that a toilet sits on (the kind folks at Home Depot or the likes would be able to show you what I mean) and scoop out the topmost, yellowish layer, you have dubbing wax for what seems to me to be a lifetime. Simply melt it down on the stove by setting up a double-boiler with a pot and disposable plastic container (cool whip or that size). Once melted, you can pour into film canisters, and you're good to go. Quite tacky, and waterproof for the dries, if I do say so myself. Again, sorry if it's way off base. Pete Gramp Hatboro, PA, USA
