Just was given some samples of "super partridge" as
seen in the Orvis catalog. Looks like Brahma hen to me. Has anyone tied
extensively with this? It looks like great soft hackle but is a bit stiffer than
real partridge. Was this a problem? How did you use it..wind it like a hackle or
put it in a dubbing loop? I'd be interested in your experiences and uses of this
feather. Joyce
