Most of the labels have long since fallen off my spools of thread, but I
have for the most part been able to keep them separated size. Lately some of
the spools were in bobbins have been replaced and bottom line is I can no
longer tell what size thread some of the spools contain.

I dug out the faithful calipers that I used to reload rifle cartridges and
came up with the following:
UNI Thread 6/0 = 0.02
UNI Thread 8/0 = 0.01
Flymaster 210 = 0.02
Flymaster Plus = 0.02
Danville Size A = 0.02
Monocord = 0.02

Does anyone have a better way of determining thread size?

George
