I believe that the April 9 date was a deadline for mailing:
Tie Deadline: April 9
Two weeks for international postage: ETA: April 23
One weeks sorting and packaging : ETD: April 30
Two weeks international postage: ETA: May 14
However David's lack of communication is abysmal.
He asked for advice from people who had hosted swaps and I believe that two or more people responded to him both on and off list (I was one of those who mailed him off list.) Frequent communication was on my short list of suggestions.
I suggest that we choose a new swapmeister ( aka swappers mutiny ) and delay the deadline three or more weeks.
