David   I am happy to go along with the majority, sorry if I have caused you any grief as it was me who hinted that you should host this swap.   For what its worth I have sent two lots of flies to USA and it costs me �1;20p about $2 and they have taken no longer than 4 days to arrive and that is just standard post so it might be an idea to let somebody over there take over the swap if it is going to save us all a lot of hassle.
