Has anyone checked how to send the 147.50 SAR (South Africa Rand) (23.75 US dollars) to David? My post office here in Springville says that postal coupons (international monetary coupons) are not available in SAR.  The bank wants to charge 10.00 for them to do an international money order. How are you going to pay him to return the flies? Inquiring minds want to know. Joyce
