When you tie your Marabou Miss flies for fishing do you weight them with lead
wire or use a sink tip fly line? I am getting ready to go fishing for crappies
and I understand that you are having a blast of time catching them on this
fly.
Had a blast using a Marabou Miss for the
crappie and bass. Used a red and yellow Skip Morris Panfish fly for
the gills.
Came home with 55 gills, 16 crappie, and tossed
back in more fish than I kept. Lost alot of crappie as I had them hooked in
the side of the mouth. Great fun anyway.
