I was wondering if there was any rain left over to make it to you by the time it got out of here last night. Sounds like you got as much, if not more than we did. Yup, salt water fishing just moved about 10 to 15 miles south for a while. { ; ^ )
Ah the majestic Pere Marquette river. What a great body of water. Good canoing too! Sorry that you got washed out Allen.

Sorry to here about you getting cancelled. I've fished the Pere Marquette many times, beautiful place to fish. ....Talk about blown out, depending on where you lived in the Lake Charles area, we got 4.5 to 6 inches of rain last night...if you want any salt water fishing you'll have to do it from the beach for at least a week it looks like...

One of my fishing buddies and I got packed and headed out this morning to fish the beautiful Pere Marquette River in Michigan.
The guide had called and recommended we not come up since the river was completely flooded, muddy, and essentially unfishable.
Only 16 miles. That was a short trip. No Fishing.

If at first you don't succeed, maybe you shouldn't try sky diving!
