Our club, Old Pueblo Trout Unlimited is presently involved with the Boy Scouts Eagle Scout Program. We are sponsering one youth to head up an 8 boy scout troop to install HOBO units on some streams we're restoring. We're giving them $3500 to buy 20 units and install them. This money will supplement their food and other incidentals also. I am the newly appointed Conservation officer and am working on scheduling and coordinating with them. Last year we worked with a group of Scouts to get their FF Merit Badges and will hopefully do it again this fall.
