    Whipped up a batch, just hot enough that with one chip the salsa made my
hair sweat, just right.
Also, went to the store today, Shock, horror, disbelief......Milk was $4.49
a gallon, last Saturday it was only $2.49. This is bad....

First rule, no calling it Picante Sauce. My wife has
made salsa the same way for 20 years and everybody
loves it.

One can whole tomatoes
One can sliced stewed tomatoes
Red onion chopped to taste
Pickled jalapeno chopped to taste
Garlic salt
pinch of sugar

For a special Jeff Batch she adds

Can of chopped green chiles
A little cilantro

A bag of chips, a cold drink and a ballgame round it
out for me
