That is GREAT ED!  Try adding some pearl crystal flash as a wing bud
behind the soft hackle.  I have had great luck with this variation.
Fish it as an emerger on a dropper off of a dry.

Well Bob, the GBHPTN came through again.  I had myfirst multi-trout
evening on the Paint Creek last night.  A 6" and a 9" brown, both very
pretty fish.  The second actually leaped for it while I was pulling back
for another cast, which was pretty cool.

There was a light sulfur hatch where I was at, but no fish rising.
