As far as I'm concerned this issue is now closed. While they really offered no apology for their abrupt treatment, they have at least compensated for the unsatisfactory product. Be assured that as soon as we sell off our current Larva Lace inventory, no more will be offered.
Thanks so much for your support folks...the internet can be a powerful force. I suspect that they will rethink their future responses to similar situations. Hopefully a lesson learned.
