It can be really frustrating sometimes. Yesterday, for example: I was taking a nap on the sofa, with every limb hurting after an entire day of playing soft-ball. The phone woke me up... and there she was. With a panic shattered voice she said she accidentally had uninstalled her firewall. Then after installing it again, it wouldn't start from the start-menu. OK, I went over there... just to see that the installation guide hadn't finished. A window with tips was still open. After closing that, it worked perfect. Of course it wouldn't start from the start menu... it was already running.
Did the walk... or the STAIRS do my pain any favours? Could I fall asleep again? NO on both... :( /Nick -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Frn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Fr Rodney Barilleaux Skickat: den 25 juni 2004 14:24 Till: [EMAIL PROTECTED] mne: Re: [VFB] Born in wrong country Nick, just think of all the exercise you get from the 100 meter walk, AND it keeps your computer skills sharp... <BG>... I've given it some thought now and realized that I actually WAS born in the right country. But it's still my mom's fault, this whole thing. She never does what she's supposed to do. She had 12 years to figure out that I was going to be interested in fly-fishing. Then I gave her the obvious clue by buying a fly-rod...but she STILL didn't see it. Of course I would be interested in fly-tying symposiums and really good fishing waters. If I would get it...was totally in her hands. But did she ever try to catch a movie star or rock star who could marry her and take her to USA... nooooo. How the heck would she think I could get there on my own??? The mind of that woman is like a maze... I don't know what to do with her! /Nick -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Frn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Fr Joyce's crafts and flies Skickat: den 23 juni 2004 05:44 Till: [EMAIL PROTECTED] mne: [VFB] Re: Nick..right country No Nick, you were not "born in the wrong country" You were born in the right country so we could all have the experience of being an international tying group and learning much more from each other. It sometimes makes it a bit more difficult to send flies and hard goods between us..but that is not so difficult that we can't overcome it. Take care.
