Nick, That is correct. I tried it as well, got the same results. The reason is that 95% of the PDF are jpeg-files, and they are compressed already. And compressing an compressed file gives no further results. Otherwise, the first compress wasn't good. Rene Niclas Runarsson wrote: You're right Don. The first mess file (3.75Mb) was zipped down to (3.72Mb). The one we got the other day (533Kb) was zipped down to 482Kb.
