I keep all that and more in my fishin' truck during the season. Then i take some of it out and put it in storage during winter time. When i retired that truck to "Just for Fishsin'" i took the third seats out permanately, collasped the second seats permanately (good place for rod storage is behind and underneath those), put in a 7 rod rack permanately, got rid of all but the front seat seat belts, ash trays, floor matts, and the spare tire, (use Michellan (70K per set) and carry a pump-up which i've only had to use once on the originall Firestones) and tried to eliminate all the unesssary weight, so i could put it all back with "Stuff." It's a '94 Suburban and it has 198K on it and still runs like a dream. Except that i'm out of freeon now, so i have no air-conditioning. Cost about $1,300 to convert over to the new style freeon deal. Rather roll down the windows, lol. It carried Jazz bands all over the country and Canada for a long time,('94 to 2001) now it just goes fishin'. Last year i put bout 2K in it to get it purrin' again, and it ran to Montana and back like it was brand new. Hope to have it with me for next years Sowbug. It's a classic. mark....
