You can get them through Longhorn Flies (do a google search) or most likely, also through Byard. The tips on the flytying ones can also be ordered and replaced..I find that the tip lasts about 3 months if you use it a lot, which I do. Be sure that the one you get is the one that carries two double A batteries..not the single double A battery..makes a big difference in how hot it runs, esp. if you are doing deer hair. I find that the single battery ones aren't worth """..the battery wears out, when you are doing deer hair eyes, in less than 2 hours..bummer. And, have a fire extinguisher available..just in case you light the whole fly on fire..have done that on more than one occasion. the trick is to do short spurts of burning, not a long one. Joyce
