RE: the CCA stickers.  That was a problem a few years ago, but I think
most everyone has adjusted.  The poachers have learned how to hide their
nets or they use seine nets.  

Might be a couple of spots up in the bend or on the Panhandle where
a sticker still might get you a flat tire  ;-)
