I simply *LOVE* Gamakatsu (thanks for introducing me to them!), and daiichi aren't bad either. I do have a preference for Mustad/ Partridge, but that's just my preference. Seem to be 'sturdier', at the cost of sharpness and wire-thickness (they are much thicker, or at very least heavier for the same size/style). Just my personal opinion, feel free to disagree.
