It would seem that the secret is slipping out fast…..   Here’s another one trying to line his pockets with it….               http://www.buzfly.com/               Most of these things are right under your nose and they just repackage them and sell them for more money.  Saturday I             saw a package of some kind of winging or shell back material ….  I’m not positive but I think it was Stalcups….  I just             saw the same stuff at Michaels the week before and it is the large mylar type ribbon that they use to decorate baskets. I             realized it’s potential and bought it at the time so I wasn’t surprised when I saw it at Hunters.             I got a tip from someone and went into Home depot …….  I am set for life on fine Ostrich herl for salmon flies.  It is a             natural gray that will be easy to dye black, it’s pretty dark already.    Anyone who ties classic salmon flies knows how             hard it is to find small (fine) black ostrich.     My husband saw me coming in the door with a couple of these dusters …             he just smiled at me and said  “I’m guessing those aren’t for cleaning?”   J             Deb
