Del, yes Guinea is great for soft hackles, and many other things as well. Wings on Salmon flies and wets, throats on salmon flies, even palmered hackle, or ribed hackle. Can also make tails and or tail vailings out of it. A local guy here also uses it for the feathers on his arrows, to go with the bows he makes. You can have half, and Chaz can have the other half of what i have saved. My birds will always drop more. There are about 14 different Guinea species/kinds/whatever that i know of and i have a couple different ones in there. mark

I've got a bag of wild female pheasants(I think they are female) nice muted
browns and tans. They are nice, but most of them are in pieces unfortunatly. I
would be more than happy to take my spare bag and split it between you and CRB
for both Crow and Guinea. I hear that Guinea is great for soft hackles as
well.
