I sent Don my story off list… suffice it to say my Lasik had a hang up and I had it done by a pioneer in the field. Someone responded that they had to have theirs redone. I deleted it before I responded…. Make sure before you have it redone that your eyes have completely healed and adjusted after the surgery. Mine took 6 months to focus correctly. Had they redone my surgery my vision would’ve been overcorrected. I could drive but it was very hard to read and cross stitch. I didn’t need to redo the surgery after that. I’m not 20/20 but I’m very close and I was legally blind without my corrective lenses. I was almost legally blind when I was first diagnosed as a kid in Washington. I realized going in that eventually I would need contacts or glasses again do to natural ageing but it would be a better prescription that what I was wearing. You have to do a back ground check on your doctor and understand that with any surgery it has it’s risks. Deb

Isn't there follow-up results/statistics that you can go through? If you ask nicely, they will probably give you access to it... after all, I guess you are the one who invented it.
