I'd be in if we had some time.

So far, we have 4 IOFF swappers. I promise to make
the rules simple and offer plenty of time. Again, the
idea is to have every member participate so those
certificates can be mounted with flys tied by each
member. Because we could have as many as 50 involved,
I was thinking of a date due far enough out to ensure
everyone could participate. Your suggestions
regarding this project are welcome. Nothing final
yet.
The rules under consideration so far include toe tags
to identify the tyer, size (large enough to be seen in
the frame but small enough to fit all flys), patterns
(do we want traditional, unique to the tyer or allow
all?), due date (is June 15th okay so we get past the
major hatches, graduations, weddings, but before
vacations?), signatures (you write em and I'll scan
them so you can print on border of choice)... other
ideas?
