[VFB] Sowbug... Fishing the White River...

Tony, I was checking out the "Arkansas Game & Fish License Information" and I think I read this correctly, but could you verify this for me please?   Nonresident Trout Permit = $12.00 Nonresident 3-Day Trip Fishing License = $11.00   and you have to have both????   We'll be leaving here, Albuquerque, sometime around 3:00 PM Tuesday afternoon, which should put us in Mtn. Home around 6:00 or 7:00 AM Wednesday morning.  I downloaded and printed out the info on "Bull Shoals - White River State Park" and that's where we'll probably be staying.  I would love to do some fishing on the White River while I'm there.  Any comments, suggestions??   Rodney...
