Alot of good information about foam being talked about now. This past year Jan. 2005 I was at the NJ fly fishing show in Summer Set I attended one seminar the gentlemen showed how he ties a hopper using foam, I swore he said close cell foam it looked like a block about 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 square and about 3 inches long. I remember him saying to use a smooth blade knife to cut it. The bad part is I cant remember his name or even if he is a member of the VFB I was wondering if anybody else may have seened him.
