You don't think it might a brown crossed with a brookie. It has more of a salmon shape. Tony

Well, here's the tally so far:
I have about 3 votes for hybrids,
2 for brown trout,
1 for Lahontan Cutthroat, 1 for "Brownus Vicious Attackus Flyus", one for sea-trout, one for steelhead,
5 for DonO doctored photo (can't blame y'all),
one for brown trout hen, one for albino or blue trout,
one for Vardaman's mother,
and JimmyD says it's largemouth bass. And I thought you guys were a bunch of trout bums.
The fish had all black spots, fins edged in white, no red at gill- at all, no color on body- just a little yellow in bottom fins.
Caught in N. Platte River, Wyoming. No fins clipped like a stocked trout, either. Buggs
