Here's a good reference page I just found. I have visited the Taylor Creek Fly Shop in Basalt, which is the only flyshop on the Frying Pan River.

Have a good friend who is going to fish Roaring Fork, Blue, Frying Pan
and many more waters this summer with stops in Aspen and Vail to play
toursist for his family. He has asked a number of shops for "hatch"
info and what flys he should tie for his trip in late June through July.
He told me no shops have been helpful or provided any info. I said my
buddies here would do better than the shops he spoke with.
