I need the expertice from the list!! For the last two weeks I have been
catching large( 10-11") bluegills. All females loaded with eggs.
Today I went to the pond and the males are on the nest and the
females are gone. The males are
somewhat smaller, mostly in the 8-9'" range. They will not take
anything that I offer. The females are nowhere to be found.
My question is were did they go? And how do I find them? I think
maybe deep water. Am I right? What do I Use, fly wise?
