I love this fly.  I frequent many of the ponds and lakes in Central Florida.
I can access so much water with my Kayak.  I bring two rods with me.


Both 3 wts.  one has a Byrd'd Gillbuster on it.  I cannot count the bass and
bream I have caught on this fly.  It is deadly.

I have Bill's recipe and the one that I use (I think is a little simpler.)

The other rod has Steve Davenport's #6 black body/chartreuse popper.
