Rick, i'll try and get it together............i never seem to take them at 
the same time for more than a week at best, before something switches me up. 
Not to mention i never seem to even go a week without foregeting a 
day.........or two in 10 days, or three in two weeks, or whatever........i 
just don't have this medicine taking thing down yet. It's not natural. mark

Mark you have to keep a regular schedule on your meds.  That is the only 
way
that hey are really effective.
