Same here in Bama, and FL..and the "Game Fish" You cannot sell them without
them being tagged (taxed), You cannot keep them if they are caught on a trot
line, slat box, gill net, or any means other than a rod and reel.. And the
creel limits are more strict... and  in Bama and I think FL too, the only
"Game Fish" that can be used as bait are bream...Don't know if  any of this
has ti do with the Literature stuff or not.. Chuck
