Not a bad idea Chuck. Lotta tyers swear by the Danvise. Inexpensive as well. 
Thing i don't like about it, is there's very little room for your (left) 
hand up around the jaws. But for a lotta tyers that's not a problem. Check 
it out. mark..... p.s. we got some SERIOUS thunder and lightning 
happnin'............let it rain..............

Chuck,

You may want to give the Danvise a look see.  I tye mostly warmwater flies 
and have used a Danvise for the last 7 years with no problem.  Over that 
time I have tyed quite a few bassbugs on it.  It is nice that you do not 
need different jaws for different size hooks.
