You cn get an extension to get more room behind the jaws of the
Danvise if you are tying larger patterns.  Al Beatty at BT's Fishing 
sells them ( http://www.btsflyfishing.com).  It doesn't appear in Al's
online catalog, but if you contact him, he'll sell you one for about
$29, I believe.  I got one because I didn't like the lack of room
behind the jaws, it solved the problem.
