And the limelight heads for... WES WADA from OREGON!!!

I was ready for a long night on the web, searching through thousands of
caddis species, but now I can go to sleep... knowing that the "alien caddis"
I saw was in fact a Green Lacewing.

Sounds like a Green Lacewing, Nic.  Didn't see a really good picture on the
web so far, but if you do a search, some of the drawings might confirm the
i.d.
