Chuck,

The technique for feather-winged wet and dry flies is best learned by
showing rather than by explaining.
I'm searching for a 'how to' tying sequence on the net (with photos), but I
haven't found one yet.
I'll keep trying.  Lot's of dead-end leads to sort out.
