That's what I was gonna say, the 28-80 may have a Macro setting, if not you can buy a macro lens for those... I had an old Minolta XD-5 that I sold a cpl yrs ago, and could kick my own butt for selling that camera.. it had the 28-80 and then a 70-200, and a lens just for macro, and I used to take pics of bees pollinating flowers for example,and you could count the particles of pollen on their feet.... I'm even thinking about going BACK to 35MM , and just getting prints and a CD too, but, the great thing about digital, is you know right then whether or not to take another pic if one came out bad.. I used to take two shots anyway, just in case... Chuck
