Mike: You are right... I remember seeing on the TV in the 70's "shortage",
film from Galveston Tx and tanks that held MILLIONS of gallons of gas (ALL
FULL)... Docs, Lawyers, Rich Speculators, owned that gas, when the price got
high enough for  them, BAM.. They called their broker and said "sell, sell,
sell" and WALLA!!!!!NO shortage....Same happened with Coffee, sugar and
